How Do I Contribute To The CFC ?
CFC LOGO

Thank you for your interest in making an investment in our community through the Combined Federal Campaign, and celebrating over "50 years of Giving" through the CFC. In 2012 Federal employees raised over $258.3 million. Thank you on behalf of all the CFC federally approved agencies that you support with your generosity.

  • Federal Employees may pledge through payroll deduction, make a one-time cash or check donation on a Maricopa County CFC#0052 paper pledge card, Or you can make a payroll pledge through Employee Express (EEX) or utilize the CFC Nexus electronic pledge card system for both payroll and credit card pledges.

  • Retirees and contractors are not directly solicited, but may make one-time cash, check (paper pledge card) or a one time CFC Nexus credit card pledge card donation.

  • DoD 'MyPay' ePLedge - The following personnel can use this online service to make CFC Contributions: DoD (MilPay , Civ Pay), Veterans Administration , Executive Office of the President, Department of Energy, Health and Human Services (2013 only) and the Broadcasting Board of Governors. See a training document which includes instructions for using the MyPay ePLedge system to setup an allotment for CFC contributions. The MyPay website is located at https://mypay.dfas.mil/mypay.aspx

  • Please contact your unit CFC Coordinator / Keyworker (a co-worker who has volunteered to solicit and collect contributions in your office) for an official pledge card. In addition an Adobe Acrobat fillable form version of the pledge card can be downloaded.

  • Keep the CFC Contributors Copy #3 for your records.

  • All contributions to CFC are tax deductible, did you qualify for the Arizona State Tax Credit too ? See coordinator resources page on this website.

  • You may only designate to organizations listed in the 2013 Maricopa County
    CFC CHARITY LIST.

  • If you make a payroll deduction pledge, be sure to sign and date the authorization so that your payroll office can make the deduction or allotment.

  • Fill in the "Information Release" section if you want your name and home and personal email information released. Also check the box if you want the dollar amount released too !

If you do not complete this section, the charities to whom you contribute will still receive your full designation, but they will not know it was you who contributed to them. Therefore, they will be unable to thank you for your contribution. All CFC charities are prohibited from releasing your name to other organizations or businesses.
  • If you need more information, call your office CFC Director Abel Perales aperales@vsuw.org, 602-631-4892, Loaned Executive or CFC Project Officer, Coordinator or Keyworker.
